FAQ:
1. How do you determine who my roommates will be?
You will be given the option to request specific roommates. If you are placed into the general selection pool, then you will be given the name, email, & twitter name of your roommates one month prior to the event. Should you wish the change, you can request a change. If you find that you can not tolerate 3 days with your roommate, we will make every attempt to accommodate you.
2. Have you ever had a situation where people did not get along?
Never. Although it's always a chance it *could* happen, everyone who has stayed at the SOURCE apartments has enjoyed the opportunity to build a strong relationship and have a shared experience with their roommates.
3. Is there any professional advantage to staying at the apartments?
Staying at the apartments allows you to really get to know the other attendees & speakers. This allows you to go beyond the "small talk" and really learn about shared opportunities and potential partnerships or how products can really be used. Several of the people who have stayed in the apartments have built professional partnerships,
4. I do not want to be around people who drink or stay out late. What do I do?
Although late nights are frequent occurances at security conferences, you can definitely request to be put in a "quiet" room. We will try our best to accommodate your needs and to make your experience a positive one. Each apartment has a single room with a closed door. If you require privacy, then we recommend letting us know so we can take that into consideration when we match you.
